There are residents rooms on both the ground and first floors, all of which are en-suite but there is no lift or stair lift to the upper floor. There is a large garden, lounge and separate dining room where the delicious home cooked meals are served by the house staff.

Ferndown is in East Dorset, with local shops, restaurants, theatre, library and health centre within level walking distance. Approximately three miles from the historic market town of Wimborne Minster and eight from Bournemouth. The house is on a bus route.
