The house has been discreetly extended to provide comfortable, en-suite rooms, which are all on the ground floor. There is a lounge, kitchenette, laundry room and assisted bath for residents use, together with a summer house in the beautifully maintained gardens. The resident House Manager and her staff provide delicious home cooked meals each day, which are served in the residents dining room, the conservatory extension of which overlooks the gardens.

New Milton is a small friendly town in the New Forest and the house is a short walk to local shops and restaurants, the Health Centre, Post Office and Community centre. The main railway line is nearby, with connections to Bournemouth, Southampton and London.
