The upper floors are accessed by a lift and all rooms are en-suite, some with separate bedrooms. There is a fully equipped laundry room, an assisted bathroom with a hairdressers’ basin and a furnished guest room for relatives and friends. The large lounge/dining room has a wide screen TV with DVD player and the excellent home cooked meals are served here by the house staff. Residents can also enjoy the summerhouse in the lanscaped gardens.

The house is in a residential area with local shops nearby and is located between Westbourne and Poole and is 2 miles from the sea. There are train and coach stations in Poole, 3 miles and Bournemouth, 4¾ miles and a local train station at Branksome.
